Somewhere Out There
When I stepped out onto the deck tonight and looked up and saw the clear skies and all the stars, I couldn't help but think of the words to this song from the movie "An American Tail".
Somewhere Out ThereBrian is my dream come true. We are anxiously awaiting his return home. I can't wait to hear all the stories and see the pictures he took.
written by James Horner, Barry Mann, Cynthia Weil
Somewhere out there beneath the pale moonlight
Someone's thinking of me and loving me tonight
Somewhere out there someone's saying a prayer
That we'll find one another in that big
somewhere out there
And even though I know how very far apart we are
It helps to think we might be wishing on the same
bright star And when the night wind starts to
sing a lonesome lullaby
It helps to think we're sleeping underneath the
same big sky Somewhere out there if love can
see us through Then we'll be together somewhere out
there Out where dreams come true And even though
I know how very far apart we are
It helps to think we might be wishing on the
same bright star And when the night wind starts
to sing a lonesome lullaby
It helps to think we're sleeping underneath
the same big sky Somewhere out there if love
can see us through Then we'll be together somewhere
out there Out where dreams come true
This is one from his last trip on 2005. Hopefully they had calm winds like this much of the time.

Oh I love that song!
And it sounds like we might be in Colorado around the same time!!

Thank you for your comment, Carrie! It sounds silly, but I'm trying to actually write out a loose routine for my day and that has helped so much in the last couple of days. I want to enjoy my kids as much as possible, and providing structure for myself seems to provide more time for that...and the work around the house is actually getting done!
